About us

Cook Chill was established in 1985. Over the years, we have managed a diverse range of projects, both large and small.

Cook Chill has handled large scale, multi-year projects such as Groote Schuur and Albert Luthuli Hospitals as well as many commercial projects. Projects within and across the borders include: mines, hospitals, commercial buildings and game lodges.

We tailor our involvement in the various projects according to our customers’ requirements. Some projects begin at the design concept phase where we provide detailed designs of the kitchen working in close co-operation with the client, the architect, and other consultants.

Depending on the client requirements, we ensure that all construction and services are accurate. Furthermore, we ensure installation and finishing’s are inline with specifications and meet the required standards. After completion, we ensure that training manuals are handed over and that training is provided on all equipment.

We have been involved in projects where we have designed and manufactured specific equipment to meet a client’s particular needs and specifications.

As can be seen from our recently completed projects they are diverse, ranging from hotels to mines to hospitals to banks and commercial projects. Cook Chill is known for its impeccable reputation, its ability to listen to customers’ requirements and turning them into reality.
